Who does not love a smooth as butter skin? There are so many body scrubs available in the market with n number of flavors and fragrances and all things pretty. But for that, you have to shed a lot of money on these skin exfoliation or a facial treatment or de-tanning and this might not be possible for all of us.
So here I am, with a natural, effective and a much more pocket-friendly exfoliate which is extremely easy to make! All the moms out there recommend this just like my mother does and that's where I got this home remedy from.
Moving forward, all the ingredients that you need for making it are already available in your kitchen. Here's the list:
1. Besan or Gram Flour
2. Haldi or Turmeric
3. Curd

Mix 2 heaped spoons of besan, half a teaspoon of haldi, half a spoon of curd add water to it to make it semi-thick. This paste is enough for your entire body. I skip the curd part, mixing besan and haldi makes it work for me well. Apply the paste on your entire dry body and wait for it to dry. Keep in mind not to apply a very thick layer as it will take a lot of time to dry.

*Gram Flour removes skin tan
*Turmeric has anti-inflammatory quality
*Curd moisturizes the skin
Once it's semi-dry, more on the dry side, start rubbing it off. The way eraser shreds when rubbed, the paste will shred in the same manner.
The best part of this is you don't have to wait for a month or even a week, you can feel the difference in the very first application. It removes all the dead skin and if used regularly also reduces the tanning, what more could we ask for!
Do it at least 3-4 times a week. I apply this paste almost every day. Another thing, I don't want the smell of this paste to last long so I use soap after this process. If you want then you can avoid using soap, that's just how I like it.
And it's not just girls who love to exfoliate their skin, guys do it as well and this is also necessary so that all the layer of impurities is removed and your skin can breathe.
